Your insurer may have requests on what plumbing and heating contractor is used or at least refer you to contractors with whom they have had previous experience. 
Regrettably, when radiators split due to freezing, they cannot be repaired. While it may look as though there is only one or two sections that are broken, the entire radiator is riddle with small fractures.
Welding is impossible and epoxy like remedies will not last.

Make a careful inventory of what has broken. Please take photographs of each radiator from a 45 degree angle so that both the front and end can be seen. Do not discard any radiators until your home is fully repaired. Despite being reduced to scrap, they may have an unforseen value, i.e. fittings, measurements, bleeders, etc.

Having insured your home and its contents, your property is most likely covered for replacement cost or replacement value.
While RRR's buisiness is to provide properly sized, guaranteed, finish painted replacement radiators, some homeowners and insurers/adjusters chose to not replace with "like kind". In these cases, Radical Radiator Restorations provides replacement value quotes for lost and damaged radiators at a cost of $250.00 per home.
