SANDBLASTING

SANDBLASTING

Sandblasting radiators is the only effective means that I have found to remove paint.

We used to scrape and strip and wire brush,----- and strip and wire wheel, and strip again, all to get a finished surface that never looked as good as a blasted radiator!!!

By sandblasting, the surface of your radiator is laid bare like the day it was cast at the foundry. Hot stuff!

Prices for sandblasting are based on height of each radiator, the # of sections, plain or ornate in style, and whether you wish to have only one refinished or a whole house. (bulk rates usually 5%)

Including blasting and finish painting in your choice of metallic,

Standard prices are as follows on a per section basis:

38" tall

$40-50/section 3 col & 2 column Ornates

$35-40/section 5 tube & 4 tube, 3 column & 2 column Plain

$35/section 3 tube Plain

$30-35/section 1 column Plain or Ornate

25 to 27" tall

$25-35/section 3 column, 2 col, 5 tube, 4 tube & 3 tube CORTO style

Slenderized Radiators

$15-25/section depending on length

If you're not sure which category your radiator falls into, please right or call with the following information: How tall, # of sections, and the # of tubes or columns per section.

Please indicate whether pick up or delivery is needed as well. We know they are heavy, and moving them is half the battle. Some deliveries we can perform ourselves. Others we can can arrange for proffesional movers.
